Last year we had seven folks from church join the caravan. Scheduling just didn't work very well for most of us to return, but the church is excited to send Suzanne!
Please be praying for Suzanne and all of the other volunteers as they invest a bit of their life in building a home for someone not as fortunate as many of us. Some of those receiving homes (they do have to pay for them) are folks who are still displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Also, pray for Suzanne's family while she's out of town. I'm sure she'd like to find her home in as good a condition, if not better than when she left it!
